10. 11. 13. If a Participant has funds on both the real and bonus balance, then all bets are placed first of all from the funds on the real balance. Real funds are used for bets until the real balance reaches 0. Funds from the bonus balance will be used for bets only if the real balance reaches 0. 14. No withdrawals can be made before all the conditions of the Promotional offer are met. Bets that do not meet the conditions listed in Paragraphs 10 and 11 of these rules are not taken into account when wagering bonus funds. The wagered bonus is transferred to the main account in the amount of the remaining bonus funds, but not more than the bonus amount. If, after wagering, the balance on the bonus account is less than the minimum bet, the bonus is considered lost.
15. Bets settled more than 30 days (Sports) and 72 hours (Casino) after the activation of the bonus offer are not taken into account. All bets must be settled at the time the bonus expires.
16. As long as there is at least one open bonus account, the Participant can withdraw an amount of 0 or higher to the total amount of wagered deposits, if at least twice the bonus face value remains on the gaming balance. A withdrawal is considered successful when the request is approved and marked as ‘completed’. Withdrawal of funds in violation of the Terms of this Paragraph of the rules shall be regarded as the Participant’s refusal of the bonus, in which case the bonus balance will be cancelled.
